Where is TJ on General Hospital?

Fans of General Hospital have been wondering, “Where is TJ?” as the character has been noticeably absent from recent episodes, leaving viewers asking if he’s ever going to return to Port Charles.

Off the Radar TJ, played by Tajh Bellow, was previously at the center of a major storyline with his domestic partner, Molly (Kristen Vaganos). The couple was embroiled in a dramatic baby storyline that took a tragic turn when Kristina (Kate Mansi) fell out of a window, resulting in the loss of the baby. The aftermath of this tragedy took a toll on TJ and Molly’s relationship, leading to their breakup, and TJ has been missing from the scene ever since. Molly, meanwhile, has been dealing with her sister’s murder investigation and seems to be forming a connection with Cody (Josh Kelly).

So why hasn’t TJ been seen recently? It could simply be because there isn’t a storyline for him at the moment. With his relationship with Molly over, and her storylines now focusing on her sister’s death, TJ doesn’t have much to do at this point. Port Charles is a bustling city, and not every character can be in the spotlight all the time, so TJ’s absence may just be due to a lack of current involvement. That being said, it’s unusual for the character to remain so silent, especially since TJ is typically seen at the hospital or spending time with his family. Rumors have circulated that actor Tajh Bellow may have left the show, but there has been no official confirmation from either him or General Hospital.

Could TJ Be Coming Back? While TJ’s absence is a mystery, there are plenty of potential storylines that could bring him back to the forefront of General Hospital. One possibility is the return of Andrea (Lily Anne Harrison), the surrogate who carried the baby for Molly and TJ. After the miscarriage, Andrea disappeared, but what if she returns with the child she supposedly lost? If the baby is revealed to be TJ’s biological child, it could create a tense custody battle between him and Molly, or TJ could find himself reconnecting with Andrea. This storyline could go in many directions, giving TJ a reason to return to Port Charles.

Alternatively, if Andrea and the baby don’t reappear, TJ could be given a new romantic interest. He and Molly have been together for years, so it could be time for him to move on. Could Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) be a potential match? Nina (Cynthia Watros) once suspected that TJ and Willow were having an affair, so there’s already some built-in drama. Plus, TJ could be a perfect match for Willow, especially if she decides to move on from her current relationship with Drew (Cameron Mathison).

With so much potential for new storylines, it’s clear that TJ’s absence is only temporary, and there’s a good chance that he’ll return soon. Will he be back to claim his place in Port Charles?
