After finally opening up to Theo about her past battles with drug addiction, Abigail is devastated when he reacts by pulling away from her. Feeling rejected and alone, she seeks comfort at Northern Districts Hospital, hoping to find her brother, Dr. Levi Fowler.

However, while wandering the hospital corridors, Abigail’s attention is drawn to something she never expected—an unattended stash of morphine vials. The sight triggers old temptations, and the emotional turmoil of the day only intensifies her internal struggle.

Will the pressure become too much for Abigail? Could she risk everything by taking the drugs and relapsing?

Meanwhile, Levi begins to grow concerned when he realizes his sister has disappeared. Aware of her history, he fears she might be in trouble and starts searching for her before she makes a mistake she can’t undo.

Elsewhere in Summer Bay, tensions are heating up between Cash Newman and Tim Russell. Tane Parata and Harper Matheson are already alarmed by Cash’s erratic behavior, particularly after his aggressive confrontation with Tim and his reckless decision to break into a therapist’s car.

But instead of heeding their warnings, Cash doubles down on his vendetta against Tim. Determined to find something to use against his rival, he digs into Tim’s Facebook profile, where he stumbles upon pictures of Tim looking cozy with a woman named Petra.
