Home and Away has revisited Levi Fowler’s complicated marital status, as discussions of divorce resurface in the latest episodes.

This week on Australian screens, Levi’s younger sister Abigail confronted him about his unresolved personal matters, pressing him on why he hasn’t taken action to finalize his separation.

Last year, Levi made the painful decision to end his marriage to Imogen after becoming entangled in a scandalous affair with Mackenzie Booth. He broke Imogen’s heart by admitting his infidelity and revealing that Mackenzie was the woman he truly wanted to be with.

Since then, Levi has built a new life in Summer Bay alongside Mackenzie. However, his lingering connection to Imogen remains unsettled, leaving unfinished business between them.

In this week’s episodes, Abigail asked her brother if he still has any contact with Imogen. Levi admitted that they haven’t spoken at all, despite now being eligible to move forward with a divorce, as a year has passed since their separation.

Shocked by his lack of action, Abigail urged Levi to take control of the situation and bring closure to his past, which would also demonstrate his commitment to Mackenzie. She warned, “Why aren’t you on top of that? The worst thing you can do is drag it out.

“If you want to be with Mac, why haven’t you finalized things? What does that say to her? If you’ve found the love of your life, why are you still married to Imogen?”

Imogen, portrayed by Georgia Blizzard, had a brief but dramatic two-month stint on Home and Away last year. Following her devastating split from Levi, she made a bold statement by sending all of his belongings to Mackenzie’s house—including her wedding and engagement rings. The package included a scathing note addressed to Mackenzie, which read: “Take the rest of my hand-me-downs. You’ve taken everything else.”

With Abigail’s words lingering, will Levi finally reach out to Imogen and risk reopening old wounds? Or will he continue avoiding the inevitable conversation?
